Basing on 20 years experience in the area of electrothermal equipment maintenance and production, MIUS company offers the services on organization of the PC based operator positions  for centralized controlling the equipment, recording the operation procedures and user-friendly reporting.

When installing the operator position, all technological equipment is connected into a single information network. The network can be connected by not only a home equipment but an equipment from other manufacturers, including the foreign ones.

When designing the information network and operator position, we take into account such factors as workshop conditions, electromagnetic interference, need of sight control over the operating procedure, possibility of rapid response to emergency situations. 

Modernization of existing equipment is carried out without alterating the equipment design and without violating the manufacturer's warranty. If necessary or by customer's request the operation procedure can be coordinated with supplier of equipment.

When connecting to existing equipment, we use the standard serial interfaces of the controllers. If necessary, the controllers can be equipped by contact and non-contact sensors, such as position sensors, level sensors, temperature transmitters, which do not affect the operability of equipment, but make it possible to collect all necessary information.

Collected information is transferred via communication channels to a personal computer, when it is displayed by special software as the diagrams and screen forms. All collected information is recorded on HDD as file protocols.
